1. Meditation:
Meditation has been successfully proved to be the most effective tool for stress management it relief from stress along with other physiological effects. It enhances the person’s mind and improves memory and concentration. A minimum of 15-20 minutes or more depends on individual capacity; at least 5 times a week is ideal.
2. Healthy Diet:
Healthy eating habits, timely eating and drinking of plenty of fluids is very important. Each person’s habits should be based on his ancestor’s eating habits with high amount of fresh vegetables and fruits. Over eating, fast food and high amount of sugar, salt and fat are the main causes of today’s illness.
3. Exercise:
A daily routine exercise for 15 to 20 minutes will keep anybody healthy. Yoga is the best choice and combination of 3 days yoga, 3 day walking, swimming, jogging, cycling and aerobics would be the best combination.
4. Work:
A healthy work environment and good working time and mental satisfaction at work is important. A majority of lifestyle related condition are caused by stress from work and unhealthy working hours.
5. Relational-ship:
A good personal and emotional relationship with family members, colleagues and social life is important for healthy life. It will enhance anybody’s quality of life and be an immune booster.
6. Rest:
Regular sleep and proper rest is very important. The person should feel fresh and energetic after a good sleep. 7 to 8 hours of sleep and early rising is ideal.
7. Play and Outing:
Spend time playing indoors and outdoors games, spending precious time with your friends and family members, watching movies, going for holidays on weekend break and spending time for personal hobby which you enjoy is important for enhancing health.
